1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p987 ("p987," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the p987 website located at p987.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on p987, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with and be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the p987 Platform from time to time.

p987 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the p987 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. p987 strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of p987 is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of p987, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by p987 or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

p987 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by p987 may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on p987. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. p987 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p987 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. p987 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it, unless you have promptly notified p987 of unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

p987 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

p987 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your p987 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. p987 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. p987 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. p987 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• p987 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.4 Fees

p987 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside p987's control. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

p987 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game, or account-type restrictions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• p987 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the p987 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. General gameplay conditions include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical game elements, as applicable. p987 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, p987 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• p987 is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and player account status.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p987 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the p987 Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p987 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your p987 account.

8. Responsible Gaming

p987 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you believe your gaming has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature, which will prevent you from accessing your p987 account for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the p987 Platform — including but not limited to the p987 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of p987 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of p987 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p987 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

p987's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p987 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

p987 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p987 Platform shall first be submitted to p987's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

p987 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p987 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
